Inherently antistatic, our EC and SD (static dissipative) rubber is designed to generate minimal static as people walk. Our EC and SD rubber floors are tough, durable and ergonomic. They are also PVC, phthalate plasticizer and halogen free, giving you long-lasting static protection and peace of mind.

Why Rubber?

Conductive and static-dissipative rubber are inherently antistatic. This means they generate a minimal amount of static when people walk – far less than ESD vinyl or resinous coatings. In facilities such as PSAPs, critical call centers, flight towers, government offices, financial services, and other critical end-user spaces, rubber inhibits static without the use of special ESD shoes.

Our award-winning flagship rubber flooring material, Staticworx Eclipse Electrically Conductive (EC) Rubber is the industry’s first fault-tolerant, static-control flooring product. Introduced in 2010, EclipseEC Rubber won the Seal of Approval from ESD Journal as the only product suitable for handling Class-0 ESD- (sensitive devices, and was recognized by MIT Laboratories as the only resilient flooring that inhibits static generation regardless of footwear.

With our Eclipse Glue Free EC Rubber, we saw an opportunity to prevent problems with high vapor concrete and address fast-track construction. EclipseGF rubber use the same high-performance base material as our award-winning EclipseEC rubber tiles and provides all the same benefits– with the added advantage of being glue free and moisture resistant.

EclipseGF (Glue-Free) Rubber has a pre-applied, solvent-free, self-adhesive backing. Installing with dry, seamless tape makes for a quick, easy installation with no messy glue, along with simple maintenance – for the best performance of any resilient ESD flooring.

Easily installed with no adhesive and no downtime, making Eclipse GF rubber ideal for 24/7 operational spaces and fast-track construction.

Installation of third generation EC Rubber in a manufacturing facility The only floor runner and matting on the market that has received The ESD Journal Seal of approval for static-control walking surfaces suitable for class-0 device handling. Attractive and durable, this ESD-safe runner is ideal as a static-free bridge between EPAs ( ESD-protected – or safe – areas.) It can be used as runner, floor mat, or even as permanent flooring material.

2 millimeter thickness allows easy rolling of wire shelf carts without a transition. Aisle-Safe’s permanent “static conductive” construction meets any Class 0, DOD 4145.26-M and ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirement. Lay-flat, 2 millimeter thickness allows for easy rolling of chairs and carts without curling.

Aisle-Safe runners can also be installed over old flooring with our dry conductive adhesive.

StaticWorx Switchboard rubber matting insulates and protects workers from hazardous electrical shocks generated by high-voltage equipment, such as fuse boxes, control panels, generators, switching gear, and transformers. Manufactured from PVC engineered vinyl, StaticWorx Tuff Conductive mats consist of a highly conductive cap film bonded to a non-conductive base. Homogeneous distribution of carbon black and proprietary polymers provide a continuous and permanent “conductive” path-to-ground.
