We pride ourselves on our friendliness, our helpfulness, and our customer support here at StaticWorx. We’re good at all of those things because we’re human and – because we’re human – we care about privacy. We wouldn’t want our information to be sold, traded, or abused and for that reason, we’d never do that with yours either.

What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?
We may receive and store certain types of usage-related information when you visit staticworx.com or biostatfloors.com, including but not limited to, your computer’s IP address and browser information. The information we collect may be used to customize the content and/or layout of our pages for each individual visitor. It helps us provide the best experience for you.
Analytics and Usage Data
It’s useful for us to know where our visitors come from and what they are interested in. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Again, this helps us provide the best experience for our visitors – whoever they may be.
If you do not wish to see ads via Google from StaticWorx, you can opt-out by visiting Google’s page on ad personalization: https://adssettings.google.
If you wish to opt-out of Facebook’s interest based ads, you can find out more here.
We love to keep in touch with people, but we’ll never take it for granted that you’d like to hear from us. So, while we collect some personal information – such as name and email address – when you sign up to our newsletter, you have the right to request that this information is removed from our database at any time. You can do this by contacting us at [email protected].
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe from our mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing [email protected].
We may use third party software to enable us to manage your contact details and any interactions we have with you, such as responding to contact forms or emails. We will not consent to such information being sold or transferred and will only use these databases internally to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs.
