As the floor is completely reusable, GroundLock Extreme saves time and money.

Installable over any sub-floor, with no disruption and no permanent commitment, GroundLock Extreme is an ideal solution for leased spaces, concrete slabs with vapor issues, occupied spaces, operational cleanrooms, and spaces requiring fast installation.

Unlike most tile, our GroundLock Extreme ESD vinyl tiles are installed without adhesives and are dimensionally stable (without full adhesion). GroundLock Extreme tiles come in interlocking tiles or as cut, flat-edge tiles* for one-to-one installation over raised access floor panels.

* The square version can be installed loose lay or with releasable adhesive like carpet tile.

Example of a GroundLock Extreme Interlocking ESD Tile Installation

A great job by DFS Flooring. Their crew installed over 4000 square feet of StaticWorx GroundLock Extreme interlocking tiles in just over one day. Watch how the dovetail seams disappear. These tiles install fast. They sit perfectly flat. The seams are barely visible. No domes in the center and these ESD tiles handle extreme loads with ease. The best part about GroundLock Extreme is it is easy to work with; installers love it because it’s dimensionally stable. No worries about vapor because it doesn’t require conductive adhesive. Never needs wax!

Dimensionally Stable (Without Full Adhesion); Invisible Seams

installing GroundLock Extreme ESD Interlocking ESD Tiles using GroundBridge Most interlocking floors have one intrinsic weakness – dimensional stability. That’s because they are made with 100% plastic. By itself, plastic isn’t dimensionally stable. This is never a concern with GroundLock Extreme. GroundLock Extreme contains two layers of fiberglass inside every tile. This prevents contraction and expansion. GroundLock Extreme tiles lay flat and never dome up.

The GroundLock Extreme manufacturing process eliminates downstream problems by preventing product defects in the first place: Any root cause analysis of flooring product defects always leads to process and material control variances. GroundLock Extreme is made in a variable-free automated process from resin delivery to extrusion and tile cutting all the way through palletization and shrink wrapping. The result is product consistency, precision cuts, dimensional stability, perfect packaging and product durability – regardless of weight loads or traffic.

The thickness of GroundLock Extreme tiles inhibits telegraphing of seams.
